There are classes for everyone here at Champayne Pilates 

 

​All class includes:


A thoughtfully crafted plan featuring functional strength movements and Pilates exercises, designed for a seamless flow that engages the entire body and challenges the mind. Expect 50 minutes of reformer-based work, with progressions to challenge, inspire, and elevate both your physical and mental practice.

 

Strength Reformer. Our signature class. a perfect blend of strength training and reformer Pilates. Combining dynamic exercises with weights, this class is designed to build power, sculpt lean muscle, and elevate your strength in a full-body workout.

Classic Reformer. A refined classical reformer class inspired by the original method Joseph Pilates taught himself. Expect precise, intentional movement that that strengthens, lengthens, and restores.​

Barre Burn. Ballet meets burn. This Reformer barre class fuses ballet-inspired movement, Pilates precision, and slow yoga stretches, all anchored by the footbar for balance. Small, sharp movements that look graceful but leave you shaking.

Cardio Collective. This high-energy Reformer class features jumpboard-driven cardio, with bursts of intensity using props and creative movement. It's fast-paced, sweaty, and designed to keep you moving.

   Body Flow. Movement that makes sense. A seamless blend of dynamic and static stretching, designed to unlock flexibility and build mobility. It’s about tuning in, letting. go, and moving the way your body wants to.

Levels - 

Beginner -  Starting with the essentials: cultivating breath, building strength, and refining form. This level focuses on developing mind-to-muscle connection and mastering the fundamentals with gentle, foundational movements.

Intermediate - Intermediate Building on the foundation, this level introduces more complex movements while refining form. You’ll deepen your practice by integrating strength and control with each exercise.

Advanced -  For those ready to challenge themselves further. This level pushes your limits with the most advanced Pilates exercises, refining precision and unlocking new levels of strength and flexibility.
